Do you like to bake for Valentine’s Day? If so then I have the perfect competition for you. Today you can win two fantastic cookery books to really inspire you and your family.

The first is a lovely Baking Mad Great British Baking 2012 cook book packed full of gorgeous recipes. It would make a great present for a loved one for Valentine’s Day – or just for yourself! The recipe book celebrates the best of British cooking – with thirty recipes from delicious Victoria sponges to sausage rolls – all with their own unique twist. It has lots of helpful advice so even a novice baker can feel confident they can make something their family will love.

  1. Best valentine’s day recipe for my hubby is Individual Beef Wellingtons, made with mushrooms in place of pate. He loves it and they usually turn out so huge you can barely fit any vegetables on the plate!

  7. My husband loves beef stroganoff and sticky toffee pudding so that’s what I’ll be making for him

  26. A kangaroo steak, san francisco style garlicky chips, tomatoes, flat mushrooms, and then heat shaped mango cheesecake for dessert! Shame we are both on a diet though!

  78. I recently went on a Thai cookery course and my boyfriend over the years has gone from eating no spice at all to loving it. I would love to make him a valentine’s Red Thai Curry and try my new recipes out!
