Ok she got me! I was doing a good job tagging trouble doubled but I have to admit I’ve been a bit slow of late (I’m putting it down to a dodgy knee) and she caught me in this meme.
The rules are as follows:
1. Post your whys – as few or as many as you like.
2. Link up your post here over at Mummy Central, and it would be great if you could leave a comment too.
3. Tag 5 bloggers to keep this going.
4. If you’re not a blogger, leave your whys as a comment below. I’d love to read them.
5. Show your support by reading a few others and commenting on them.
Here are the questions I would love answered:
Why does it always rain on me? (sorry – couldn’t resist)
Why does always rain at half past 3? (Don’t worry I’m not going to rhyme them all – too much Julia Donaldson)
Why aren’t all trolleys double – or at least one trolley per shop?
Why aren’t all doors and shop aisles wide enough to fit double prams and wheelchairs?
Why did I have twins?
Why do I only have 2 arms when I so clearly need more? Ditto for lap space.
Why don’t I really have eyes in the back of my head?
Why is the cost of childcare so high?
Why do the tins and cups in my house have a death wish and jump on my head every time I open a cupboard?
Why can I never find my keys or my phone or my diary?
Why do I remember to buy and write birthday cards in time but then forget to send them?
Why did I decide to change my blog to WordPress in a month when I had just started to get my head around this blogging malarkey?
In fact why do I like to change things just when I get comfortable?
Why does the phone ring just when a child has started to cry?
Why do toddlers hate to get dressed?
Why do toddlers like to run away but then get really clingy if you go out the room?
Why don’t toddlers go to sleep when they’re tired?
Why do nappies always need changing when you are already five minutes late?
Why don’t I live near a beach?
Why is it so hard to lose weight but when I so much as look at a cupcake I put on a stone (true story)?
Why did birds decide to nest in my window?
Why do fools fall in love?
Righty ho. I’m tagging:
