So without further ado here are my features for the Sunday Showcase. Yay!
The Showcase Features
Taken from last week’s posts
It’s nearly the holidays here in the UK and I can’t wait to get to the beach. I’ve chosen a few ocean and sea ideas to get me in the mood for some sea side action!
Exploring Tide Pools from Mamas Little Muse
This looks so much fun. It’s good to see what activities you can get up to on a stony beach. I’ve grown up near stony beaches and love them as much as sandy ones – at least you don’;t have so much sand in your sandwiches on a stony beach!
Pirate Ship by Inspired by Family
I love this pirate ship, which shows you can make something fun for the children to play with out of anything lying around. All you need is their imagination.
Fruit Cup JellyFish from Sugarsnips
These jellyfish are so cute and I love that they are made from fruit cups. They would look great as a display in a classroom if it had an ocean topic. I don’t think I’d want to swim into these fellas for real though.
Ocean in a Bottle from 2 Big 2 Little
This might be the perfect idea for me when I am back in the middle of England to remind me of the beach. We always collect loads of shells so it would be a lovely way to preserve the holiday memories.
Ocean Themed Sensory Bin from Sunny Sweet Life
This is such a pretty sensory bin. I love the blue stones. It looks so much fun and the colour of the sea creatures really stands out against the blues.
Ocean Diorama from Sunny Sweet Life
There are lots of ocean themed activities on Sunny Sweet Life and I really loved this diorama. The mermaid is so cute and the fish on lollysticks would be great for telling stories.
