Bloom Pops Review

Bloom Pops

My girls really love carting and were delighted to try out the new Bloom Pops set from Cool Create. I was delighted too as it arrived at the start of the Summer holidays and has been perfect for filling up rainy days.

Bloom Pops

Bloom Pops are suitable for ages 5+ which was perfect for Molly who is seven. Once I showed her what to do she was able to make these without any supervision.

  • Contents: 1 Bloom Pop Maker, 6 sticky pads, 6 flower bases, 6 silicon buttons, 18 flower spacers, 1 unpopper tool, 1 display tree, 45 sparkly gems, 2 sheets of fabric flower petals, instructions.

The set comes with everything you need to make some fun items of jewellery. Pick, stack, pop and design your very own flower. You can make  flower clips, hair clip, necklace and bag tags. The good thing is that once you have made them you can easily take them apart to make again using different colours. It is great that they are reusable.

There are lots of different flowers shapes which you add together to make a unique design. Then you press it in place using the doll. Although Molly did enjoy doing this after a few times she just clipped them together with her hands.

The Bloom Pets set looks really colourful and fun. Molly liked being able to keep it altogether in the holder so that it looked neat and tidy.

Although this is meant for slightly older children the twins enjoyed choosing a design for Molly to make.

Bloom Pops

Once you have made a few Bloom Pops flowers you can display them on the tree. They look really lovely and it is a great way to admire your creations.  We did find there weren’t quite enough poppers to use up all the flower pieces but you can reuse them afterwards.

There are lots of sparkly gems to add to your finished flower. I think they would look great on the front of a birthday card.

The Bloom Pets set was a big hit. Costing just under £20 this is a good present idea for children who loves crafts or would make a good activity for a playdate.
