The Showcase is a place to link up child centered blog posts. It’s full of fun ideas and lots of inspiration for activities to do with your children, I just wish I could do all of them! It was started by Bern at Mum to Two Posh lil Divas and Classified: Mom.

The Sunday Showcase is now being hosted on FIVE blogs!

This means more posts can be featured so make sure you check each of the blogs to see what posts have been chosen.

So without further ado here are my features for the Sunday Showcase. Yay!

 Fun learning activities

Squishing Sight Words from LifeWithMooreBabies

Practice reading sight words while squishing them into little pieces. So much fun – and I bet good for stress relief too!

Jogging Stroller Bingo from The Pleasantest Thing

Although not a literacy idea as such this has so many uses. Keep the little ones entertained in the stroller with a fun bingo game. I can see this extended with sight words of colours, shapes or numbers.

Homemade Chalkboard from Sunshine and a Summer breeze

Chalkboards are great for getting children writing. This one was for an extra special purpose – a pregnancy photo journal. I had to include it because of the double surprise included!

Hundred Square Puzzle from Teach Beside Me

I’ve just printed and laminated a load of 100 squares for my daughter this week. i’m now going to print some onto card to do this fun puzzle.

Skip Counting from Life With Moore Babies

A great way to learn number patterns and counting skills.

Pumpkin Pie Fractions from Home learning Journey

So who is looking forward to pumpkin pie soon? Don’t forget to get some sneaky fraction practice in!
